A.Yes! We deliver, set up, and pick up all of our inflatable rentals so you don’t have to do a thing. Our delivery team will confirm your time window and handle everything for you. If you’re in or near Columbia, Tennessee, we’ve got you covered.
Q.Which areas do you deliver to?

Q.What is included with my rental?
A.Every rental includes:
Professional delivery,
Safe setup and staking/anchoring,
Takedown and removal,
Clean and sanitized equipment, and
Extension cords and tarps are included when required for safety.
Q.Do you set up on grass, concrete, or indoors?
A.Grass is best, but we can set up on:
Grass,
Concrete,
Asphalt, and
Indoors (gyms, halls, etc.)
We can’t set up on loose gravel, rocks, or uneven dirt. Just tell us the surface type when booking.
Q.How long can I keep the bounce house for?
A.Most rentals are all-day rentals unless stated otherwise. If you need overnight or multi-day rentals, just ask — extended times are usually available
Q.What happens if it rains on the day of my party?
A.If bad weather is forecast, we offer flexible weather policies. Light rain is usually okay, but severe weather (high winds, storms) may require rescheduling for safety. If cancellation is required due to weather, we allow you to reschedule without penalty.

Do you clean and sanitize your bounce houses?
A.Absolutely. We clean and sanitize every unit before and after each rental. Safety and hygiene are a top priority for us
Q.How far in advance should I book a bounce house?
A.During peak season (spring & summer), bookings fill up fast. We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and water slides. Last-minute bookings are welcome if inventory is available
Q.Do you offer packages with tents, tables, and chairs?
A.Yes! We offer package options for bounce houses, tents, tables, chairs, and concessions. Packages make party planning easier and often save you money.
Q.Are your inflatables safe for toddlers?
A.Yes. We offer toddler-friendly inflatables and will help you choose the right unit based on age. Always ensure adult supervision during play.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
